Remove the App from the SharePoint Online App Catalog
Uninstallation > Create Rendition for SharePoint Online Uninstallation > Remove the App from the SharePoint Online App Catalog
  1. Navigate to the Office 365 Admin portal (https://portal.office.com/admin/default.aspx).
  2. Select the menu item ADMIN > SharePoint to open the SharePoint admin center for your tenant.
  3. On the main left navigation, select menu item apps.
  4. Select the menu item App Catalog.
  5. Open the SharePoint app catalog by clicking Distribute apps for SharePoint.
  6. In the SharePoint app catalog, select the app, then select the action item Delete.
  7. When prompted to confirm deletion, click OK.

At this point the app is still functional for any sites where it was installed, but it is no longer available for new sites to install.
